Return
Returns may be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
*If you refuse to pay tax and duty, the sent back item will be refunded after deducting ₫780,700 for delivery fee.
How to return
Please submit ‘return request’ at [Account > Order > Order detail] on the Gentle Monster website.
Please arrange return pick-up and it must be paid by customer’s end. You can use any courier but, DHL is preferable.
Please fill out ‘Return request form’ below and email to us cs@gentlemonster.com

Please pack the item securely with all its belongings and enclose a memo of your order number.

When the product arrives at our warehouse, you will get a refund into your original payment method after inspection process is completed
Exchange
Product purchased online can not be exchanged and it may be returned and please place a new order.
All duty and tax free sales are final and can not be exchanged.

※ You cannot return it if it falls under the following reasons.
- The product you purchased can only be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- The product must contain all unused components.
- If the frame's lens is removed, it cannot be returned.
- if the certification label attached to the product has been removed, it cannot be returned.
